3 easy steps to switching your accounts to the XPAL Group Pty Ltd
  1. Contact the office to meet and discuss your current situation

    Make a time to meet with an advisor or an accountant. At the meeting we will ask questions about you, your business and your objectives for your financial position.

  2. XPAL contacts your previous accountant/advisor

    Many people have been with their accountant/advisor for a long time but do not feel that they are having all their needs met. Making a break may seem difficult. At XPAL it can all be done for you. A letter will be sent on your behalf to your previous accountant/advisor requesting a copy of your most recent income tax return and any relevant documents. To make it even easier we'll provide you with a letter you can send to your former accountant.

  3. Agreement is made on how we can work together to achieve your financial goals

    XPAL will work with you to decide what services you require and will formulate a plan to achieve your goals. XPAL has a dedicated team of people who will provide you with a high level of service and personally support you on your journey to financial success.
