XPAL Accounting was created by Peter Lines in July 2009. Peter has over 25 years experience as a public accountant, formerly with Peter Lines and Associates and Tax and Financial Services Pty Ltd. Presently the business has around 4000 personal, business and corporate taxation clients.

Originally established in September 1999, the business Systematic Financial Services became a company in 2004 of the same name. In June 2009 it was renamed XPAL Financial Planning Pty Ltd to provide greater awareness with our other business's XPAL Accounting Pty Ltd and XPAL Lending Pty Ltd.

Flexible Lending Solutions was established in 2001. Originally the company was set up to assist the financial planning clients with investment and residential lending. It was expanded to all areas of finance when Pam Podwysocki joined the team in August 2005. In a short time the business has grown from 20 clients to over 300 without the need to advertise externally.    The business name changed to XPAL Lending Pty Ltd in August 2009.
